The professional association of teachers of students with specific learning difficulties
Local Groups

Local groups organise their own meetings and events with visiting speakers. Some groups have regular newsletters. A few groups have organised their own assessment resources for members to borrow. Click on the links below to see latest information from each.

Please contact the local groups through the emails listed for further information.

It is essential that PATOSS members meet and share knowledge of developments in the field of Specific Learning Difficulties and personal experience of helpful working practices. Please contact a member of the, through the Local Groups Secretary, if you feel you can contribute to, or learn from, your local group members.

Any one interested in starting their own group should email the Local groups secretary.

Please support your local group. Lots of hard work goes into planning and running meetings that are local to you. If you are new to Patoss or have never been to a meeting of your local group, try to make 2010 the year that you support them. Meetings are informal and friendly. New faces are particularly welcome.

There are now 25 local groups at the moment. Click on the links to find out more about their activities and upcoming events:-
