Patoss East Anglia has purchased a range of standard tests. This has been made possible thanks to a generous grant from National Patoss. The tests will be available to members of PATOSS EAST ANGLIA and held by Janet Bethune, tel 01799 521099 email: jebethune@hotmail.com/a>

Please contact Janet by phone or e-mail to make a booking and arrange a pick-up time.

1. The test(s) will be lent for one week. A booking diary will be kept.
2. There will be a charge of £3.00 per week for each test borrowed. This cost is to cover wear and tear, so as to be able to replace and buy new tests in the future.
3. Replacement costs of record sheets will also be charged.
4. Details of the tests borrowed will be recorded in a duplicate receipt book, signed and dated by the borrower.
5. You will be required to leave an undated, signed cheque covering the cost of replacing the test(s). This will be destroyed when the test(s) are returned.
