We had a lovely ‘Strawberry Tea’ on 24th June when the weather was quite kind to us. We combine delicious strawberries, home made cakes and pastries with a chance for members to meet up and share what has gone well this year. We were grateful to one of our members for the loan of her garden. The event was attended by about 20 of our members.

We are planning a workshop on Handwriting for Thursday 6th November from 7.30 to 9.00pm. We will look at physical considerations, useful strategies and programmes to support the teaching of handwriting. It will be held at the Council offices at Hill View, Welling, Kent DA16 3RY. It is free to Bexley members and non-members are welcome - £5 payable on the evening.
