Which countries are included in the UK?
The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please see our Western Europe delivery rates.

How will it be delivered?
All items destined for a UK address will be dispatched by First Class post, Parcelforce, or DHL Express.

How long will it take to arrive?
If you have selected First Class, delivery time to a UK address is one working day. Thus, you can expect to receive it two days after we receive your order.

NB: Delivery times to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules.

The following countries are included in our definition of Western Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State (Holy See), Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, San Marino.

How will it be delivered?
There are two different delivery options for Western Europe addresses. You can choose from Airmail, which takes 3-5 working days to arrive, or Priority Express, which takes 1-2 working days to arrive. 

How long will it take to arrive?
To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and add it to the stated dispatch time for your chosen destination. We use the following equation: Availability + Dispatch Time = Total Delivery Time

For deliveries to a Western Europe address via Airmail, dispatch time is 3-5 days.
For deliveries to a Western Europe address via Priority Express, dispatch time is 1-2 days.

So, if you are ordering an item displaying 24-hour availability, and select Priority Express as your dispatch method, you can expect to receive the item at your door 2-3 days after we receive your order.

There are two different delivery options for Rest of the World addresses. You can choose from Airmail, which takes 7-10 working days to arrive, or Priority Express, which takes 2-4 working days to arrive. A full breakdown of the different costs for each service is detailed in the tables below.

To find out when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered and add it to the stated dispatch time for your chosen destination.
We use the following equation: Availability + Dispatch Time = Total Delivery Time

For deliveries to a Rest of the World address via Airmail, dispatch time is 7-10 days.
For deliveries to a Rest of the World address via Priority Express, dispatch time is 2-4 days.

So, if you are ordering an item displaying 24-hour availability, and wish to have it delivered via Priority Express, you can expect to receive the item at your door 3-5 days after we receive your order.
